Home Watch
While you are away for any period of time, a week, month or
for the season we will inspect your home weekly and provide you with
a full written report of your home's condition.

Repairs
When
your home requires any repairs whether it’s plumbing, appliance repair,
pool motor replacement, garage door opener problems or you name it, we
will schedule the work to be completed by one of our fully licensed and
insured contractors. All services are billed to you at cost plus 10%.

Jesse Miller is
fully licensed by the State of Florida (CGC 1516000). All construction
services are offered, contracted and provided by Jesse Miller, Cost Plus
Construction. From concept through project completion, new homes, renovations & additions,
pool construction, window and door replacement or any of your home construction
needs.
