John Doran

A builder from Connecticut John relocated to FT Myers, Florida three years ago. Since 1972 John has built over 800 homes and condominiums. Winner of the National Association of Homebuilders Awards for Best Custom Home in 1996, Best Subdivision in 1997 and Best Condominium Project in 1986, his “Commitment to Excellence” gained him a reputation as one of Connecticut’s finest residential builders. Client satisfaction is first and foremost for John and the cornerstone of Executive Home Concierge.

Len Wojnar

For the past twenty five years Len has owned and operated The Paint Company in Lee County where he has been providing painting and carpentry services to over 3,500 clients. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Len owned a reality company with over 75 agents. Len’s vast knowledge of painting, carpentry and real estate marketing make Len’s experience a valuable asset of Executive Home Concierge.

Marc Pernaveau

For over twenty five years Marc was a residential and commercial builder in Westport, Connecticut. Prior to starting his building company Marc was an accomplished mason contractor; his knowledge of masonry and concrete construction is another part of Executive Home Concierge’s home care and maintenance experience.

Jesse Miller

Jesse grew up in the construction business with his grandfather who taught him the trade. He has an extensive background in carpentry framing and interior trim work. In his short time in the construction business he has built over 250 homes in SW Florida and maintains a FL Contractor’s license (CGC 1516600). All construction services are offered, contracted and provided by Jesse Miller, Cost Plus Construction.

Michelle Fischer

Michelle is a graduate of the University of Florida. Michelle owned a new home construction business in Lee County. Michelle has an extensive knowledge of home construction and the replacement of windows and doors and brings that knowledge to Executive Home Concierge as our Director of Sales and Marketing.
